Cancellation policy:
Orders canceled 14 days or more before the arrival date at 15:00 will incur a cancellation fee of 100 NIS or 5% of the total order, whichever is higher.
If a reservation is canceled up to 7 days before the arrival date at 15:00, 50% of the reservation fee will be charged.
Cancellation fees:
If a cancellation is made within three days of the booked arrival date, the full reservation fee will be charged.
Non-arrivals without prior notice will be charged the full reservation fee.
