The fine print

Please note that our ‘best rate guarantee’ only applies to claims made:
  • Within 24 hours of making the booking
  • At least 48 hours before check in
  • For the same hotel
  • Same room type & category
  • Same booking dates
  • Same cancellation and amendment policies. 
  • Also, it only applies to rates displayed on the following websites: Agoda, Booking.com, Expedia and Hotels.com. The reason for that is that although other websites are featuring Loginn Hotels, they don’t have direct affiliation with us and therefore we have no control over the price shown in other websites.

Terms & conditions:

  1. In order to be eligible, guests must have a reservation that is both valid and confirmed, and must have been made through the loginnhotels.com website.
  2. If the claim is found valid, Loginn Hotels will match the price and offer an additional 5% discount on top.
  3. A room upgrade will be given based on availability and only for the length of stay booked originally.
  4. To be eligible, the claim must be submitted using one of the contact methods specified below within 24 hours of receiving confirmation of your booking on our website and at least 48 hours before your scheduled check-in date.
  5. Before initiating a claim, clear screenshots of the competing website’s room rate, with the same hotel name, room type, and booking date, must be provided. More details elaborated below must be provided. Claims lacking the required documentation specified above will be considered invalid.
  6. Our ‘best rate guarantee’ only applies to public rates displayed on the following websites: Agoda, Booking.com, Expedia and Hotels.com.
  7. For a fair comparison between the Loginn Hotels website and its competitors, certain conditions must be met. These include the requirement that the comparison is made for:
    • the same hotel
    • the same room type and category
    • the same dates of stay
    • the same advance purchase requirements, prepayment and deposit requirements (if applicable)
    • the same cancellation and amendment policies.
  8. In order for the ‘best rate guarantee’ to apply, the room rates being compared must be strictly daily room rates without any additional inclusions such as packages, transportation, or other services, both for the original Loginn Hotels online booking and the competing website. It’s important to note that the guarantee will not apply if the difference in price is due to factors such as currency exchange rate fluctuations or rounding applied on the competing website, among other possible reasons.
  9. The following rates are not available to the general public and therefore do not qualify for the ‘best rate guarantee’:
    • Group rates
    • Government rates
    • Long stay rates or any other specially negotiated rates
    • Rates displayed on privately downloaded mobile or web apps
    • Rates available on opaque or auction websites
    • Rates that require membership
    • Rates that result from loyalty programs, private membership privileges, or rewards schemes
    • Rates offered by organisations with exclusive rates intended for a specific group of individuals and are not meant for the general public
    • Rates offered on last-minute or late check-in portals, apps, or websites
    • Rates offered only through mobile platforms or mobile versions of online travel agent sites
    • Special Online Travel Agents reward program rates
  10. Loginn Hotels requires that the rooms being compared on the competing website are publicly available and bookable through the internet at the time of verification. The hotel reserves the right to reject a claim if it cannot confirm the availability of the competing price during the processing of the claim.
  11. The offer of ‘best rate guarantee’, which involves matching the price offered by a competing website and providing an additional 5% discount, is limited to the original length of stay and number of room nights requested. This offer does not include taxes, gratuities, or any other charges that may arise during the guest’s stay. Once the reservation has been confirmed through the ‘best rate guarantee’, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
  12. The determination of the validity of a claim made under the ‘best rate guarantee’ is solely at the discretion of Loginn Hotels. This includes verifying that the competing price is actually available and that all the terms and conditions have been met. In the event of any disputes, the decision of Loginn Hotels is considered final. The terms and conditions of the ‘best rate guarantee’ are subject to change or cancellation at any time.
  13. Loginn Hotels has the exclusive right and discretion to assess the validity of any claim made under the ‘best rate guarantee’. This includes verifying that the Competing Price is genuinely available and that all the terms and conditions have been met. In the event of any disagreements, the decision of Loginn Hotels is final. The terms and conditions of the ‘best rate guarantee’ are subject to modification or withdrawal at any time.
